The posting by Jane Austin (ha ha! – no Pride and all Prejudice) is garbage. I happen to know that John Carter and Wikifrauds have saved countless potential victims by exposing the fraudsters on his website. In my case our company was about to send some hundreds of thousands of dollars to a fraud company but we discovered Wikifrauds first and did not go ahead. The fraudster has totally now been exposed and a victim class action is under way thanks to Wikifrauds.

Seems to me Ms Austin that you are just a lacky of the resource company you mentioned and have set out to discredit someone with the guts to do what he does, and at his own expense and in his own time I might add.

Whoever the upset idiots are, Wikifrauds and Carter have saved literally millions for potential investors or borrowers.
First, the matter concerning the mining company: This was Astra Resources, whose directors were barred by ASIC after Wikifrauds/Carter supplied ASIC with all the evidence. As for the webpage being withdrawn, the case was withdrawn by Astra when further particulars were supplied to their legal team. As part of the withdrawal (presided over by Judge Besanko), Astra settled the matter themselves and paid Wikifrauds legal fees, supposedly over $130,000.
Second, Western Gulf Advisory; This multi million dollar scam was first exposed by Wikifrauds. After many years, the conman behind the scheme, Ashan Ali Syed, is banned from leaving Bahrain, is wanted by Interpol, and huge sums of money (millions) in the WGA bank accounts have been frozen.

John Carter’s stories are so twittered and manipulated to make an helping victim out to actually be The Criminal and His made up story will change to be more dramatic and fabricated depending on what side is going to offer him the most money for his totally unethical, immoral EXTORTION and DEFAMATION.

The South Australia Federal Court Judge is right when he stated: “DO NOT believe anything that John Richard Carter from Wikifrauds has to say, he’s a raving lunatic.” An Australian Federal Court judge should have done what he threatened to : “… throw the owner of an Australian website (John Carter), wikifrauds.net.au, in jail unless he removes.. his defamation and extortion…

Its time for people to STOP PAYING his extortion demands and stand up for your rights. The Courts will see the real evidence, not John Carters Fairy Tails that are destroying people reputation, incomes, families and lives.

STOP this mans cowardly EXTORTION.
